About Us

The business was incorporated since 2000, it was also the 1st Apple Authorised Reseller in Johor state, Malaysia.  We have more than 14 years of experience in Apple products; both in technical and retailing.   Our establishment came from a few IT professionals who have extreme passion of Information Technology and specialise in Apple’s IT products.  Primarily, our business was supported by a handful of end-user and SME.  However, with the support of broader customers base, three years later, we achieved record high in revenue growth, continuously we added new products to our customers. 

Subsequently, in year 2006  we leveraged our business into retailing to provide complete customer service on Apple products.  Manifestly, we have, over the years built an enviable reputation in this IT market.  Our company success is driven by our people and their commitment to provide good customer service.  Today, ATR has grown from 1 outlet to 4 retail outlets where conveniently serve our customers in different part of Johor.  In addition, we have 4 Apple Service Provider located in Johor to cater for device warranty and repair needs of our customer.
